With $5.3 billion in capital investment and 19km of new rapid transit intersecting with Toronto’s main north-south subway artery, Yonge and Eglinton is emerging as one of the most connected and important mobility hubs in the country. As Midtown continues to grow and expand, construction is always underway, with buildings always on the rise. With so much going on in the area, First Class Drones recently flew over Broadway Avenue just north of Eglinton Avenue for us, to share a unique perspective of the area with UrbanToronto readers.

To accompany the neighbourhood 'fly through,' we have compiled some of the projects that you might be able to identify that are either recent builds, nearing completion, or are newly underway in the area.

Sixty Five Broadway

Times Group Corporation is building two 39-storey, 389-unit Wallman Architects-designed condominium towers reaching heights of 133 metres.
