Claude Boiron has been practicing Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Investment Real Estate since 2001. He has brokered deals ranging from couples buying their first home, to complex commercial deals involving millions of dollars.
He was taught the art by one of the best in the business, Pierre Boiron, who has more than 40 years’ experience in the profession and has already distinguished himself by his innovative approaches, thinking outside the box, and his determination to defend and promote his clients’ best interests.
In 2007, Claude co-authored a book called Commercial Real Estate Investing in Canada – The Complete Reference for Real Estate Investors and Professionals. This landmark publication has since been hailed as the most comprehensive collection of Real Estate information available, and many believe it should be required reading for professionals involved in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
His second book, Make More Money, Find More Clients, Close Deals Faster – The Canadian Real Estate Agents Essential Guide, was released earlier this year. Despite its title, this book is an excellent primer for those new to the real estate industry, and those buying or selling a home or property. The content aims to teach new agents how to conduct themselves professionally and utilize the tools available to them, while mentoring clients and home owners with little buying and selling experience through the deal structuring process, and what they should expect from their agents.
In 2009, Claude assisted his partner, Pierre, in teaching a course at the University of Toronto, entitled Commercial Real Estate Investing. He teaches this course independently now, helping his students gain a solid understanding of the intricacies of the commercial real estate business. Covering everything from multi- residential, industrial, retail, and office space, this practical course teaches its participants how to increase the return on their investment.
His most recent efforts including the creation of “The Boiron Groupâ€, which is a one-stop shop for Commercial and Residential Real Estate services, including consulting, property and asset management, land development, public speaking, and Real Estate syndication.
