Has everyone finished their colour selection already ?
Didn’t seem to have too many options but it was okay.
What do you guys think ?

To me it seemed like there were plenty of options although it was my first time to go through this process so perhaps I am a little naive. My wife and daughter had a hard time deciding :)

I was surprised by how expensive the high end options where. Again, I'm new at this :-D

Yes, developers do charge a huge premium for changes or upgrades. Many builders don’t like to do these alterations or anything the deviates from a standard unit as it requires additional coordination, added time during construction and more chances of mistakes.
It’s best you spend the money on the upgrades that would be very difficult or impossible to change after construction, and do everything else yourself after closing. My mistake was spending too much on builders upgrades thinking it would be easier to get it done and over with but they messed up on most of my upgrades —I eventually had to fix most of it myself as their standards were so poor and they were slow as hell to do anything.

It’s great that this builder has many options to choose from. You don’t see much of that with other builders, it’s often only a choice of one from three preselected finish/colour scheme packages with no substitutions.

If anyone is looking to assign their two bedroom/two bathroom tower portion with parking under 800 sf. Have a very qualified buyer looking to purchase.

What is the status of this condo? I haven't heard any updates from the builder after I made the color selection last year.

Since people have started moving into the building I thought it would be good to bump this thread. It would be good to hear from anybody that has already moved in. Also good to hear from future residents :)

Hello,
I am extremely interested in purchasing a unit in this condo for myself in the near future.

That being said, have residents began moving into this condo yet?
I also see couple units available for rent.

thanks!
