This development is going to take over not just the north east corner of Yonge and Harding but also the old Steer Inn Burger building to the north.

I took a few photos post-demolition from Church/Harding. It looks like two houses on Church St and Harding Blvd have been torn down plus most of the trees. The sales center (old retail building) and the old Steer Inn Burger building still remain standing.

Burger joint will go too, demolition of sales centre should be underway soon
