At first I was thinking that the Church had congregated the adjacent properties into one assembly now, but it looks like that first Subject Lands map above was simply wrong and that the property should have been shown more orthodoxly, squared off all along. Cough.

The 2 buildings will have different address that are on either side of Westminster United Church that will remain in place as well an 8s building to the west.

The site is in the south-west corner of Tomken and Rathburn intersection and across the street from a plaza with NO Frills in it.

It is service by 30 minute bus service on Tomken that service the Mississauga Transitway as well Dundas St future BRT. There is bus service on Rathburn that service Sq One and Kipling Subway Station

Too much parking spaces, then this car city.

A revised submission in October 2023 calls for two 12-storey residential buildings containing 250 residential units. 100% of the units are proposed to be rental, with 30% targeted to be affordable rental.

I think the church should have asked for a new church to be in one of the buildings and then a third building could have replaced the church.
