The Indigenous Hub will have a two-toned aluminum facade with subtle (yet absolutely amazing) patterning

Can't wait to see it go up, hopefully very soon

Fair enough! And if not...

...Mr. 42 will have extra work on his hands sorting it out come Monday morning. 😼
@UtakataNoAnnex is correct. Posts from the last while of Canary House by @rdaner and @everydayhim plus follow-ups have been moved to the Canary House thread. I know this is a bit confusing because they are being built on the same block at the same time, but because they have different proponents and info sources, we have separate database files and threads for each.

The view of these buildings from the kitty corner location makes them feel so inviting. Really fine work from the architects in my opinion.

The space between the gentle curves of the building on the left and then the interesting sharp brick features on the building on the right with the very human, pedestrian oriented space makes me want to go in and explore.

It makes me feel like I need to know what is happening here.

All vertical white columns are giving that RC3 vibe. Wood encased initially to reveal texture once removed. Also appears to be small square holes on many of them all at the same level, perhaps for future lighting? The columns wrap around the entire block encompassing both projects. (Also, love the little details such as the walkway below with concave to convex to concave curviness).
