Looks like there are 6! You can see the gravel of the lowest excavated floor below. However Cove/phase 1 currently only has access to 3 of those - and after checking the exit stairs, they only go down 3 levels as well. Curious to know how far in those 3 extra levels go under Cove's parking structure.

The closing has been delayed until Oct. 2022. I have heard some buyers have defaulted on deposits due to the current economic crisis. Not sure if this project is still on or getting cancelled.

I just got a marketing email from Conservatory group a few minutes ago for Waters Edge offering an easy to own deposit structure. I doubt they would cancel it, i'm pretty sure they sold a majority of the units already.

Because lots of people are defaulting on the downpayment. Plus they increased the price in march so buyers will end up paying more. I was in the area a few days ago and looks like the construction has restarted.
