Yes, it is. He tried to make his way up the attic roof moments after I took the shot. Looked like a resident of one of the units in the rooming house on Dundonald

I could be wrong, but wasn't the opening of the second entrance(s) supposed to wait until Clover finishes?

That signage over the entrance is also less than helpful. Yes, if you were to go through those doors, down a set of stairs, through a corridor, along the platform, and then back up another set of stairs you could get to the buses. Or you could just walk a little further down the laneway...
