I don't mind if they keep the garage itself, but they should close the entrance/exit ramps on Queen Street, especially the one on the south side in front of the Sheridan. Redundant and a huge waste of prime sidewalk space.

Anyone knows what’s going on with the ramp from NPS to the ‘green roof’? It’s been off limit since at least last fall and even the area under it is blocked off. Is there a structural issue? And in all this time, I’ve never seen any worker fixing it. BTW the green roof is still accessible during office hours via stairs on Chestnut St (back of City Hall).

What hopes are there of reworking the forecourts? The grass is always ratty and makes the entire square by extension feel run down.

I know that area has been cut from the original scope but it's seriously crying out for some attention.

Personally, I think that the forecourt should be re-investigated along with the Old City Hall public frontage once the redevelopment of Old City Hall gets underway.
