So I went for my appointment to choose finishes today. Generally feel the materials and finishes they are using are pretty crappy. The kitchen doesn't even have a backsplash or tile, just dry wall. The standard colour combinations are kind of boring and they don't allow you to mix between palettes.

The upgrades are lacking too. Only upgrades were for flooring, glass enclosure for ensjite ($3K), kitchen island, cabinets ($2,400) and if you want to swap out the handles the only option is black.
 
Just got a letter from the lawyers saying that occupancy is now pushed to June 2024. I wonder if phase 1&2 are now closing at the same time as website seems to say phase 2 date is spring 2024.

Forgot to say that the showers if you want glass enclosures is also at a cost.

Final Tentative Occupancy for block A unit announced for August 1, 2024. Still not necessarily a firm occupancy date (could get pushed back up to 120 days I believe), and may not apply to all blocks, as the South blocks (A & C I think) look further along than the North blocks.
