Curious, I know this is a heritage project and requires extensive pre-excavation work, but would you say it's progressing surprisingly slow? I think it's been two years since they broke ground?

I might have assumed it would go a bit quicker; but, the estimated completion date, as I recall was Q4 2026, that gives them 4 years more and change from today to erect, fit and finish the tower component. So this was always go to be a bit of a slow mover. They just got the encroachment agreement for the station settled, that may (or may not) be indicative of moving to a new phase of work.

From the email I received post-strike end, the new tentative occupancy date is actually Jan 2026. But yeah like you said, original occupancy date when I purchased in 2019 was 2025. So I guess it was expected to be a slow mover.

They have to dig down three storeys below the existing foundations while keeping the old walls up… so yes, this will unsurprisingly take a lot longer than the average build.

A fair bit of visible change since the last at-grade pics, mostly, in the form of additional demo. Formerly exterior walls are now largely removed, but there has also been some height reduction behind the facades.
