Dont forget while screwing residents who will be serviced with the same number of elevators if the height increase is approved.

I believe there are 8 elevators for 416 units, a very good ratio for Toronto. Don’t think this will be much of an issue

As I indicated underneath that comment, not that anyone here is likely aware of...as I suspect we'd be all over this if said Fruit Company pulls out on this. And how.

the "regular" floors are generally more like 1 per every 2 weeks.
