Looking through 88 Queen, the POPS space here will be so great and cozy, more of this please!

In this lighting it's a bit hard to tell the spandrel on the second tower is darker, but it is.

Again looking at the POPS space, it's quite immense in person.

I‘d be curious to know if developers have to agree that they won’t value engineer HP designs; the exterior finishes typically turn out pretty great. Or is it more the case that the developers who choose HP tend to care more about quality?
