Description:
The City has received an application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law to permit a 11-storey mixed-use building (36.5 metres plus 6.0 metre mechanical) with 230 residential rental dwelling units and 756 square metres of retail space on the ground floor. The proposal also includes a 340 square metre privately owned publicly-accessible space in the form of a retail plaza.

Apart from the dullified podium, I think the general shape of the building's design is still pretty solid. Agreed that the dehydrated Swiss cheese patterning on the balconies is a bad look though.

There are several changes in regards to the building height, total unit count, total parking count! The building storey count still remains the same at 11-storeys. The building height decreased from 42.17m to 38.00m. The overall unit counts increased from 230 units to 232unit. Finally, the total parking count dropped from 96 parking spaces to 95 parking spaces.
