Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

The whole waterfront should have been planned like the south side of QQE. Instead we end up with this mediocre/bland wall of condos.
I fully agree. Now this side will look like an even more vertical suburb next to Sugar Beach and a couple office buildings.

A few today, February 1st, 2022, all taken from a distance from different places in the City, as Sugar Wharf photobombed my 7km walk:

The grey balcony railings don't register at all from a distance. Only the black and white ones do. (I live a few blocks to the north.) I wonder how this will impact the overall effect of the supergraphic. I'm not sure this particular grey mid-tone was a wise choice.
It is starting to be visible from everywhere now, but yeah... it's very non-descript.

The one three bedroom unit has three full bathrooms. What sense does that make? What a waste of space when you have 1200 to work with.
