January Construction Update

Windows are currently being installed on the 14th floor at the SQ community. Drywall is being installed on the 10th floor, kitchen installations are on the 5th floor, and hardwood and laminate flooring is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The party room and lobby millwork is in progress, tile work is complete in all amenity areas, and the flooring for the fitness center has started.

The newest Mizrahi building on Davenport is a pretty unexciting example of exactly that.
