6-storey, 188 room Sandman Signature hotel proposed for eastern Oakville, right next to the 403/QEW interchange on the south side between Ford Drive and Winston Churchill. This would be the 5th Sandman branded hotel in the GTHA and the 6th in Ontario.

198 vehicle parking spaces are proposed, which is 80 less than the required 278. With 188 rooms that technically only leaves 10 spaces for the restaurant, but I imagine they are banking on the fact that restaurant traffic will be almost entirely hotel guests, and that the hotel will rarely be full.

Plans only show one restaurant, so considering this will be a Signature property (and the fact the restaurant has a large patio), it will almost certainly be a Chop or a Moxies
