I really like the glass, mullion, and spandrel colour thus far. And very accurate to what the renderings promised us.

I love the proportions of the podium!!!

Also meant to say, I love the high ceilings on the ground floor (where you can see they've attached supports for (glass?) awnings of some sort.

Strange to see this building out in MCC with a podium that is more urban in nature (IMO) than a lot of the downtown condos (Ahem, Murano, amongst others).
