Not living in the city, I'm fascinated by the photography from unfamiliar viewpoints.

It's an expansive park that sits on top of the Rosehill Reservoir just south of St Clair East, giving everyone who uses it a fairly spectacular and unobstructed view of the city south'ish of it. I've walked cross there many times...and for what that's worth.

Nice capture! Possibly the best vantage point I've seen of this building.
Once the tower reaches its full height and is fully clad, it will look phenomenal from here. Evokes the nearly full-frame vistas of the Billionare's Row buildings from Central Park.

Also worth repeating:

Mizrahi Developments remains the developer here until the project is sold. As os March 13, Mizrahi is no longer the general contractor, but Sam Mizrahi and Jenny Coco still own 50% each of the building. They are now represented by the receiver Alvarez and Marsal, however, who now call the shots. The receiver is shopping the building around for a sale. If and when it sells, Mizrahi Developments will no longer be the developer.
