how many ordinary folks will know both who the architect of a particular condo is

Aren't builders supposed to put up plaques with the architect's name on the building? Or was that scrapped?

They are, yes. It's often prescribed in the SPA documents. But given that Madison was basically allowed to do whatever they wanted here, regardless of what those drawings / specs said, who knows with this one?
