It's just across the street from Aqualina, and Aquavista is just around the corner from that. The people moving into these buildings will be pioneers in this new neighbourhood. They'll have some nice parks close at hand from the start, other urban amenities might be a bi of a walk for a while.

I didn't watch the video with sound on until now - the BGM is Vangelis' 1492 Conquest of Paradise. Odd choice.

This was taken a few days ago. They had dug a big hole within the big hole. I assume that this is for the crane? I also noticed that they're starting to pour concrete at the base.
