It's a building that's been thrown together with a lot of ideas and inconsistent spandrel, hoping it will all mean something in the end...when it invariably never really does. You know, just like Starda. >.<

I mean it's far from good, but it's not *terrible* either.. Multiple colours and materiality, texture, at least consistent spandrel panels which aren't overly offensive...
Could it be better? yes. Is it better than what I was expecting here? also, yes.
