Home page for this development. The page lists 121 replaced RGI rental units and 540 market units*, but that's not what's contained in the last ZBA passed by City Council in 2018. It says that 121 rental units came down, but that they'll replace "115 on the northern portion of the site with 48 dwelling units in 3-storey back to back townhouses and 67 dwelling units in a 4-storey apartment building (six social housing units are to be replaced off site)."
RAW are the architects for these three buildings, with Wallman Architects and Janet Rosenberg + Studio listed as Master Planners.

I'm liking the work here very much, they're looking great.
TCHC projects on the whole seem much better than most projects by private developers.

Apart from the one notable dud in Regent Park Block 27, then I'd say most recent TCHC new buildings have been solid architectural additions. I like the work being done here, Allenbury Gardens, Regent Park Block 17N, and the upcoming projects where they're involved like Queen Ashbridge and the Alexandra Park revitalization.
