There is a new signage with a new name for this development by Valour Group (wish I went closer) but it’s expected to launch soon. The rendering is also more refined (it’s hard to see). Once we have an update, we will share it here.

Likely the Town of Ajax would have that information, I don’t think it’s available online currently. You would have to contact planning staff.
