Knocking down the low rise portion of the Sheration would open up prime real estate. Having that redeveloped to fix the pedestrian impact and offering quality retail right infront of city hall would be awesome!

It would have to be the most awesome tower ever, considering its location overlooking NPS.

All things considered, I think it is possible for this section of the Sheraton property to be redeveloped.
