No, they are not. As stated in post #30 in this thread, this is being built by Manga Hotels.

Tough to tell what kind of finishes there'll be from this rendering, but I think it'd look cool with some funky coloured strips kind of like Spire's.

Right across the street from me... Hopefully the city makes them add to the Jarvis streetscape. Its pretty dead in the area and it needs all the help it can get.

What is it with all the hotels? Not that I'm complaining, exactly, because some of the buildings are quite handsome, but is the market really there? I can't imagine, frankly ...
