I know! lol. I’ve had such a great view but between this, the Chelsea and the northeast corner of Yonge/Gerrard my view is gonna be toast lolWhen this is complete, it's going to block your view big time....lol.

Wouldn't it be a condition of site plan approval that the lighting feature must be maintained? I am surprised the city has let it go this long!It goes to show that the shape of the building is not everything. Aura is ruined by poor execution and cost-cutting measures - the visible ‘seams’ on the crown being the most egregious example. The lighting is its redeeming feature, but who knows whether they’ll replace it as more lights burn out.
I can't wait to see this rise more and more via Earthcam.
Yeah I have stayed at that Sheraton only on a higher floor there's quite a few buildings that are going to be changing how this view is in the next few months that is for sureFebruary 7:

Also, I'm staying at the Sheraton and have this view from my room, it's crazy thinking about how Concord Sky (and 8 Elm) will change this view.

Okay this thing is ridiculous The taller it gets the more monstrous it looks really hoping to see cladding soonish to kind of make it less imposing

They're actually not doing cladding. It's Concord's first open air building.
Seems like the floor plate is about to change
