Phase 2 of the Clarington Police Complex includes the Centre for Investigative Excellence (CFIE) and the Regional Support Centre (RSC), as well as a canine compound and new stormwater management pond, designed by Parkin Architects and RPL Architects for the Regional Municipality of Durham and Durham Regional Police Services on the north side of Bloor Street, west of Maple Grove Road and east of Holt Road in the Darlington area of Clarington.
