January 30: Six weeks since the last update, and residents are moving into Central - apparently have been for the past couple of weeks, even though the ground level work on Widmar is no where near complete.

Is there a building code that there should be elevator access for underground parking? It looks like this central condo has 7 levels underground parking, but to access P7 , the elevator only goes to P6 and then walk down to P7.

No. AODA allows people with disabilities to receive the same service but in a different way: a small number of rooms set aside, a different entrance, or in this case parking on a different level.

where to find the final design or zoning amendment? The one I could find is this https://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2016/te/bgrd/backgroundfile-87064.pdf , it said 6 level underground parking.

March 26: The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.

The Good

The Bad - so very slow to finish up the south-east corner of the building.

The Ugly - detailing here just does not look good.

From yesterday, April 18. Final base building finishing up stages. Tower exterior and the sidewalk restoration appear to be fully complete. On the exterior, just some minor work on the podium appears to be remaining.
