Bloor Square: a proposed 11-storey mixed-use apartment & commercial development by 1000645992 Ontario Ltd. on the south side of Bloor Street East, west of Riston Road and east of Simcoe Street in Oshawa's Cedar Dale neighbourhood.
There's something I really like about this, it's almost brutalist but is lacking all of the features that make brutalist buildings undesirable for a lot of people.
Sidenote, what a beyond perfect example of a stroad - arterial road with mostly low density industrial but a handful of restaurants and single family residences mixed in. Not bad for walkability on paper but what an unpleasant area to walk around. I'm not super familiar with the area but I would imagine Bloor is a disaster at rush hour too.
