I used to live nearby on Montmorency years ago and it is a very nice area to live in, really quiet. Unfortunately a little bit isolated in terms of amenities though, especially since the grocery store at Greenhill and Mt. Albion closed. Hopefully they'll start doing something with that property soon.

It was a great area to grow up. I worked part-time at the Fortinos for years in the late-80s and early 90s and it was life-changing. All the friends that I see most often are connected in some way to that store. And it was walking distance from home.

Won't be anything done to the plaza while the height-police are on standby. :rolleyes: The existing 10-12 storey buildings in the area never would have been built today (at least not without a fight)
