One massive flood a year ago as occupancy began shut all tower elevators down and closed the building completely for months. Murphy's Law, fix the elevators and another lesser but still catastrophic flood sprung in the Spring. As testament to Concert's manner and approach to the challenge of making things right, they are now completely rebuilding all elevators and systems back to original spec, replacing all parts affected instead of more tinkering.

Refreshing when compared to so many others. Give me a 'L', give me a 'T', give me an 'O', give me a 'W', give me.........tranquilizer.

just have to say it one more time... the top of this building is a complete failure. there is no resolution to it and it ends up looking like they ran out of money part way through construction and just capped things off. it's a little bit less ugly from the south but from every other angle it's a mess.

Looks pretty much like the rendering to me. When it comes to poorly finished ugly looking buildings in Toronto, 88 Scott is the least of my concerns.

At least the windows are made of glass and not plywood like a certain other building nearby which may have roof that appeals to your sense of design
