This is turning out to be a great space. Kids were up playing in some sort of activity group on the uppermost bridge when I walked through this morning. Brought some life and activity to the area.
It's a great spot to cut through from Jarvis/Queen to Shuter/Church as well. There's a cafe inside the walkway above that seems usually busy and cramped. Lots of seating, too, surprisingly, both in this square and in the park behind and to the left.
It's fairly seamless with the adjacent park and the No Frills, when it opens, will probably help to activate the area too. They looked like they were doing absolute final touches on No Frills today so I imagine it'll open soon.
