Early proposal for a 40 storey residential tower in Downtown Brampton, just northwest of the Brampton GO Station.
It would directly abut the former Orangeville-Brampton Railway (marked here as the Toronto, Grey and Bruce, which is a not only way out-of-date, it was never a TG&B line, but built by the Credit Valley Railway before being acquired by CPR).
No architectural plans yet; the only documents uploaded so far are for the 5 storey underground garage.
