Added a storey for 36 floors, demolishing semi at 8 Locust, increased setbacks to north and reduced tower floorplate to 750 sq. m.

The building height increased from 116.60m to 119.85m. The total storey count increased from 35 storeys count to 36 storeys count. The total unit count increased from 372 units to 387 units. Finally, the parking count decreased from 146 parking spaces to 139 parking spaces.

Demolition permits have not been issued, and appear not to have had any activity on them since '21.
