Whether they invert the lines on each segment to be vertical or horizontal, this overall design remains dreadful.

Can any one else find a planning file for this? The link up thread is broken.

I checked for permits, nothing by way of new building or demo is applied for here, never mind issued. Just a resto reno permit applied for last year.

Tridel could and likely would redesign the exterior,... but the built form will remain roughly the same,.... could Rogers-Up slightly more height from 14 to 16-storey, and Rogers-Up slightly more density from 6.0 to 7.0FSI,.... but it'll still be a short fat low/mid-rise,....
