Especially given the relative short height here which means the elevators will be able to run a full cycle fairly quickly.
It seems the more time passes the fewer the elevators they are putting into these buildings. My condo building is about 25 years old, is 6 floors, 108 units and has 4 elevators,. Almost too many, but we are paying for the convenience.

Today.

Average at best...an improvement of the warehouse that used to be there but can do so much better with red bricks etc. would have been nice for a King Portland Center extension

I agree that the colour is unfortunate. I've never been a fan of that cream/beige tone, as it always comes off institutional, or worse, SmartCentres-ish.

March 18 - General update, plus a closer look at the Juliette balcony frames - the detailing does not appear to be great:

Front Entrance - still appears to be underwhelming.

Don't know why they use these faux Juliette balconies. They don't look that great and look even worse when they are dirty. We have them in my condo building and they do get dirty and are almost impossible to properly clean, even by professional window cleaners.
