This one appears to have slipped under the radar previously; perhaps understandably so.
Previously, this was an application to replace 5 single family homes, with 16 of same.
But in a report going to the March 1st meeting of North York Community Council this proposal has morphed into something that looks a bit, like the missing middle.
The proposal has been re-worked into 5, 3-storey, multi-res buildings which sport 83 units
Located in on the North York version of Centre Avenue, the site is situated just north Cummer and just east of Yonge.
