If you look at my post from earlier this year, townhomes are a component within the 13s plan.


ie. the tower sits on top of townhomes at grade, as opposed to retail. (you could just say ground-floor condos)...........

For the record, the wording in the Demo permit is odd........I can understand the confusion.

I believe the Eggsmart owner is waiting to run out the lease... they are still open. The fence was erected as they are renovating existing building for sales centre, Not sure if any legal proceedings are taking place and how long the lease had.
 
Recent minor variance application. The total units changed from 276 units to 300 units. Height changed from 46.70m to 49.00m. Finally, the total car parking was reduced from 317 car parking to 185 car parking.
