I really like this one. It's nice to see the avenues in the inner burbs starting to get better designed buildings.

Overall, I like this proposal.
It's not unattractive, certainly an improvement on the one-storey retail there now.
That said, I am disappointed not to see any retail at-grade.

Artlife have updated their website with a potential new design for this project. Although, they still have the older renderings up as well so not fully certain which design they'll be going with. Could also be something else altogether.

The total unit count changed from 173 units to 171 units. Finally, the total parking space count was reduced from 87 parking to 80 parking. The stats are found in the architectural plan via Rezoing submission.
