Commentary: At first blush; and subject to execution, as always, I like it.

Though I do feel, as ever, that the grade level needs some refinement.

Toronto's first new "super skinny & slender" building! Double thumb up for the nicest renderings!

Please higher powers let this actually come to fruition. This would immediately be in the Top 3 nicest looking residential skyscrapers in Toronto (closely rivaling One Delisle and The One).

I think it's a sad statement about Toronto that my initial reaction to these renders is disappointment that this will never happen rather than excitement over a gorgeous proposal.
