I wish they'd restore the gabled end rooflines and chimneys these buildings originally had. I can see no indication of this in the renderings. Also would've been nice to see the original two upper story windows on the second building from the left restored. It's a lazy effort at facade retention IMO.

Curious as to why new brick veneer systems can never colour match the bright orange-red heritage brick. So many projects attempt to integrate the Victorian design language of their surroundings into the podium but it always comes off looking anachronistic with this default dull purplish grey brick.
