Handsome little building underneath all of the signage, and unfortunately placed on the site with all the surface parking out front. I really love these little mid century Toronto commercial buildings and worry we're going to lose a lot of them because they aren't really viewed as valuable compared to the land they sit on.

New renderings are updated in the database! The developer changed from Laguna Mar Holdings Inc. to Courage Investment Inc. There are several changes from 15 storeys to 11 storeys. The total building height changed from 47.30m to 38.89m. The total unit count decreased from 137 units to 119 units. Finally, the total parking spaces decreased from 149 parking spaces to 93 parking spaces.

There's no developer attached to this at the moment, just the current landowner, so it's likely to mean that once they get their approvals, this site will be put on the market to a developer. This is likely a long way off still.
