Application has been resubmitted at 24 storeys and 240 residential units, and 160 parking spaces.

My understanding is that they've cut out the parking within the podium and replaced it with residential units, allowing them to cut 2 floors off the top. The 160 remaining spaces is what was originally proposed within the below-grade structure.
