I could swear we discussed lands in this area before, maybe not this site, but a search for Bellamy didn't turn up anything useful..........

So, new application in the AIC, new thread within which to discuss it.

Comments:

Site is already zoned for apartments, height isn't substantial, there is SFH across the street, but given the existing use I wouldn't think opposition will be overly strong, site is going for PMSTA status based on proximity to Eglinton GO; this should sail through.

Purpose Built Rental housing!

We all know how I feel about tiny on-site parks............... that said, the nearest existing park is a bit over 800M away, this will serve to secure a small playground for area renters, I'm begrudgingly ok w/it. LOL

New rendering was added to the database. The unit count changed from 182 units to 184 units. Car parking changed from 99 parking to 95 parking. The bike parking changed from 143 bike parking to 141 bike parking.

The brick here is a very positive step in the right direction. It doesn't full redeem the thing, but definite progress, even more would be better.
