Hullmark's current IG story shows that they've started doing geothermal drilling on site right now.

Quick description of the geothermal system:

The colourful drums on-site contain drill cuttings. Starting in June, drilling will begin on-site for the geothermal system which will improve the energy efficiency of the new building. More info about upcoming work can be found in Construction Notice #2 above - May 17, 2021

Just walked past there on a local stroll... big rigs parked there. Will be great to see more mid-rise along this stretch. Can't wait for more such redevelopment action along Eastern, just to the south.

Not sure what's the hold up, but Hullmark do seem to be moving out of the gates here at a rather slow pace.
