223 REDPATH AVE
Ward 25 - North York District

The proposed development consists of a five-storey podium and a 29-storey point tower stepped back from the street and podium edge to maintain the visual prominence of the podium. The proposed development is comprised of 329 residential dwelling units, including 52 replacement rental units, and 120 square metres of non-residential gross floor area in the building podium. The total proposed gross floor area is 19,700 square metres, resulting in a density of approximately 13.4 FSI.

The application includes 100 Broadway as well. I guess they plan to remove the existing 10 storey building and two storey house / rental and construct the new structure in their place.

It's also 34 storeys (107m) total.

Any idea who the architect is?

Walked by this evening and took a few snapshots of the development sign. Here are a few renders of what's being proposed.

So, to explain what's going on based on that link above…

This development was appealed to the OMB based on the City not having rendered a decision within the 120 time frame. The City, following a pre-hearing this January, received a settlement offer from the developers in May. The settlement was accepted by the July 4 Council meeting, but the details are being kept confidential until such time as this goes back to the OMB in November for a ratification hearing.
