I guess the purpose of sloping this little bit of green space is so the few children who may be living in this "soon to be dense" area won't be encouraged to try any type of sport such as soccer or basebeall. We all know these types of activities just lead to misconduct.

God forbid kids actually take part in a physical activity that doesn't have a two hundred page rule book and a team of five referees...

I'm pretty sure they go wayy higher than that. They are adjusted because workers are present testing the fountains. Of course they don't like to get wet right?
