This project is more substantial than I first thought as the building is quite deep and there is an addition on the front that reminds me of HP’s building on Ossington. Big patio going in front. Taken 12 August.

I walked along College from Lansdowne to Bathurst a few weeks ago and there seemed to be a higher number of empty storefronts compared to other retail stretches in the city. The strip between Lansdowne and Dufferin, in particular, seemed quite bad. Is this noticeable to anyone else?
