My parents are interested in this building. We are not very familiar with this area, just wondering if it's a safe neighborhood?

Also wondering how the Agincourt Mall redevelopment would affect this area. In this YouTube video below, it mentioned that there will be 1000 affordable housing units built with the Agincourt Mall redevelopment.
